Kingdom Coders Inc. ("Kingdom Coders," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://kingdomcoders.net (the "Site") and our company LinkedIn Page. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

When you use the contact form on our Site, you may provide your name, email address, and message content. This information is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. The form opens your own email application with a pre-filled draft addressed to info@kingdomcoders.net; the message is sent, if at all, directly from your device through your own email provider, subject to that provider's privacy practices.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Our Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Loading these fonts may cause your browser to send your IP address and browser information to Google. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any cookies of our own on this Site.

This Site is hosted on GitHub Pages; hosting-level access logs (e.g., IP address) may be recorded by GitHub in accordance with its own privacy policy.

1.3 Information from LinkedIn

We maintain a LinkedIn Company Page and use the LinkedIn Community Management API solely to:

Publish our own company posts and articles to our LinkedIn Company Page.
Retrieve aggregate performance metrics for our own posts and Page, including impressions, clicks, and follower counts.

We do not use the LinkedIn API to collect, store, or process personal information about individual LinkedIn members (such as the identities of people who view, like, comment on, or follow our posts). Any metrics we retrieve are aggregate, page-level statistics about our own content's performance, not data about identifiable individuals.

Data retrieved from the LinkedIn API is retained only as long as needed for our own internal reporting (currently up to 24 months), is stored in a private GitHub repository, and is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

Respond to inquiries you choose to send us by email.
Publish and manage our own company content on LinkedIn.
Understand how our own posts perform so we can improve our content.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with third parties except for the service providers who help us operate the Site and our systems, bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Those service providers are:

GitHub Pages — website hosting.
AWS SES (Amazon Simple Email Service) — outbound email delivery.
Anthropic Claude API — generating draft content for our own posts and articles.
Google Fonts — delivering web fonts used on the Site.

4. Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are not received or stored by us at all (see §1.1); any record exists only in your own email account.
Aggregate LinkedIn performance metrics we retrieve are retained for 24 months and stored in a private GitHub repository.
