It depends on scope. Starter engagements like dashboards typically take 1–2 months; full builds with data platforms and AI models run 3–6 months. We recommend starting small, validating impact, then scaling out.
Can we engage even without data yet?+
Absolutely. We start at the design stage — what data should exist and where it can come from. Through workshops we frame the problem and propose data capture and platform design from the ground up.
Do you take on small projects?+
Yes — we focus on getting things into real use, so spot consulting from the Starter plan ($5,500+) is welcome. Beginning with a single workflow or one dashboard is often the best path.
How do you handle security?+
Designs follow AWS / Microsoft Azure best practices, and PII / confidential data is handled under NDA with access controls, encryption, and audit logging applied by default. We can align engagements to specific compliance frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, etc.).
